I live on Briarcliff Court. I am not going to give my address but my neighbors are washing cars and watering lawns all the time. I would like my street patrolled by the police (especially on weekends). Don't these people know that we are in a major drought.

Why don't you call the police? I don't think they monitor this website. Just one neighbor fined will stop the rest. This drought is serious.
