Increased traffic? Congestion? This isn't some high rise hotel. Not to mention the area it's in. Winchester Gardens across the street, an apartment complex, the pool and the first aid squad down the street. And a little farther down Springefield Avenue... But suddenly a few added cars changes everything? On a cul-de-sac out in Warren county, maybe. | ||
