Rather than explain the rules, and possibly get one of us in trouble, the requirements are set forth at §271-61 of the Maplewood ordinances, although there may be other requirements. I think the penalties are at §271-71, although, again, there may be more provisions of which I am unaware, and the absence of the appropriate permits and licenses may impact upon liability issues.
