Was that the tall skinny guy who wore glasses?

What happened? So young. That's sad.

Yes, he was the tall gentleman with glasses. I first met Billy many years ago when a friend of mine dated him. I never really got to know him though. After he and my friend graduated high school, I pretty much lost touch with both of them. It wasn't until years later I ran into him again at the Maplewood Library. We would say 'hi' and 'bye' 'how are you doing' fine' to each other but that was about it.

I do remember him being kind, and thoughtful while he dated my friend. From what I was told years ago he had Marfan Syndrom (so did President Lincoln). Here's a link to the Foundation's Website if you'd like to know more about the Syndrome. http://www.marfan.org/nmf/index.jsp

I sent a donation in his name this morning.

It's really sad both libraries have recently lost young dedicated employees, Frankie Sullivan from South Orange, and now Billy from Maplewood. Both young men who have made positive impacts on the lives of so many. May they both be at Peace and their memories live on.
