16th Annual Rotary House Tour

We are now looking at homes throughout Maplewood for our 16th Annual Rotary House Tour. If you or anyone you know is interested in putting their home on the tour, please contact any of the following Chairpersons:

George Kraus - george-kraus@burgdorff.com
Steve Gussen - (973) 275-5305
Bill Tomlin - (973) 762-7791

The tour date will be the last Sunday in October again this year, and all proceeds of ticket sales go to beautify Maplewood...

Thank you.

Sorry, I posted the wrong date. The 16th Annual Rotary House Tour this year is on Sunday, October 15th. BTW, we're still looking for one or two more homes for anyone interested...

what is the purpose of the rotary house tour? just to see the inside of some pretty houses in maplewood? or is it historically based? what is the criteria by which your house is judged to be house tour-worthy? does the house have to be professionally decorated? i just want to understand. thank you.

Thank you for asking. The Rotary House Tour is one of our club's fund raiser's for the continuing beautification of Maplewood.

There are always extra things the town would like to do but can't fit them into the budget. This is where we step in to help out. The list of things we've done over the years are scattered throughout every part of the town you can think of. Please check out our website on MOL.

What better way for us to do this than by showing off some of the more interesting and beautiful homes in our town. Old houses, new houses, and remodeled; we have had a large variety of different properties over the years. The homes for the most part are NOT professionally decorated.

FYI, South Orange also does a tour called Montrose in May.
