Leaves?

My neighbor's landscaper/ terrorist yesterday left a huge pile almost in front of my driveway, blocking both my access into my own driveway and my view while backing out into a dangerous street. I guess it's up to me to clear them, now? Don't know your neighborhood, but around these parts if the leaf collections are over, my neighbors and I do it the old-fashioned way: bag them up ourselves and haul or throw them away. Our guy showed up in the nick of time last Monday. The leaves were picked up Tuesday.
