VERIZON CELL TOWER CASE POSTPONED TO APRIL 7, 2003 MEETING OF THE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

Please note that the Verizon cell tower case will not be heard at the March 3, 2003 Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting. The March meeting itself has not been cancelled, but the Verizon case will be postponed to the Board's April 7, 2003 meeting (8 pm). The reason is that the Zoning Board has just hired its own Radio Frequency Engineer (at Verizon's expense) and that expert cannot review Verizon's Radio Frequency Engineer's report and testimony in time for the March meeting.
