A snowstorm last fall interrupted our final street leaf collection. As a result, we (and many of our neighbors) have a substantial amount of uncollected leaves underneath the snow and ice. Spring rake out specifies that leaves must be in reusable containers. Two questions:
A. How about a "make-up", fall-type leaf collection?
B. If not, can leaves be left in the large paper bags that some commerical gardeners use?

There is a spring clean out the first weeks of April, check the Maplewood mailer (we got ours yesterday) for your zone/date.

B) Yes, the leaves can be bagged in appropriate paper leaf bags.
