Every now and then someone dumps garbage near the entrance of the Resevation, sometimes it's a bag full of empty beer cans left there by kids, other times it's grass clippings & lunch bags from the landscapers, sometimes it's worst like now , 8 large plastic garbage of what I think is garbage now decorate the Resevation just off Claremont Av. . Does anyone have any suggestions of how to prevent this ? There is allready a sign that says NO DUMPING , but no notification of what the penalty is. |
