Jerry, if you know, are you still using the firm for Springfield Ave that re-developed Red Bank? I was there a couple of weeks ago and the town looks great! SUCH a difference from years ago!

Yes, I think Square Foot has been retained by the Springfield Avenue SID.

Red Bank is a great place, and is sort of a poster child for successful SIDs.

Excellent! If anyone out there has any doubts, please visit Red Bank. Great place to go for the day, for one of their many Fests or just go for lunch. Well worth it!
