Tonight, what is the best way to find out who wins the local township committee race?

Check MOL. Someone usually posts the results shortly after the polls have closed.

Rachael,

The best and fastest way will be to call or come to H2TA. 973-762-ARTS.

We'll have ALL the local election results by 9PM...

Whew! Now I can go to sleep. Thank goodness that that's the only election result that was hanging in the balance!

Art, congratulations on the best showing for a Republican candidate in Maplewood in over a decade.

By number of votes probably the answer is yes. By percentage of votes, I don't think so.

I believe Art C. and Ed May were around 25% last election, but don't hold my feet to the fire if I am wrong.

Maplewood participation in the election was out of sight. In another thread the figure of 75% is used.

My congrads to both David and Art G.

Just read Mr. Heumers letter to the editor in today's N/R. Just a gentle reminder to him that the 77% voter turnout was more a result of the NATIONAL election than the local one.

Nah! You think Kerry would have done so well in Maplewood without Huemer at the top of the ticket?
