Actually I think he was captured in SO. :-)

Apparently the guy was living on Valley Street and was apprehended by INS agents and the SO police. He was wanted for murder in Mexico. The story in the Star Ledger (?) indicated there was no evidence he had been involved in anything criminal in these here parts.
