Agreed!

Now, next year if we can break ground on the new police headquarters, get a cell tower, a dog park, a better waste management system, more parking throughout town, a bed and breakfast ordinance, and lower taxes, we can elevate him to King Frederico...

And a 52% approval rating in the recent poll (full results some time tomorrow, I hope).

How was that in comparison to the others on the list?

Dave:

I assume the 52% figure represents the entire MOL community. Do you have a break out of Fred's approval rating among Maplewood residents who responded to the survey?

Sbenois: compares very well. There are no big negatives for any of the TC members. Mr. Huemer has almost the exact numbers as Mr. Profeta (every so slightly higher: 52.08 v. 52.06). Well within statistical margin of error.

Joan: the number is a subset of MOL people who live in Maplewood.

It's not a "real" poll. The poll only measures those who a) are online, b) know about the survey and c) decide to take it.

Let's see.
-Another way-above-inflation tax increase...
-Continued stagnation on Springfield Ave, lot's of talk and no action...
-A huge bond issue coming down the pike for a new police station...

Until Frederico can do something tangible about our taxes, it's all the same old story to me.
