Resolutions #1 and #2 talk about cancelling taxes for two specific addresses. Can you give us any details as to exactly what "cancelling" means in this case? Is this part of the appeal process from the reval? |

I don't have them in front of me, but I know that they had nothing to do with the reval. I remember that #1 is an exempt property that has an in-lieu arrangement which was inadvertently kept on the tax list. In other words, the property owes no property taxes, but had been included on the tax list and billed. I *think* that #2 is the same circumstance. |
