Why does the Star-Ledger have this thing for Montclair? Every day there, it seems, there are at least three articles about Montclair. Articles that describe issues and problems similar to those we face. Seems like all the S-L reports on is corruption in Newark, drugs and death in Irvington, and Montclair. Sheesh.

I'm sure people complain similarly about all the good press that Maplewood/SO receive from the NY Times. Perhaps lots of SL writers/editors live in Montclair just as a disproportionate number of NYT writers/editors appear to live in our two towns. Corruption/Drugs/Deaths/Violence stories are what sells newspapers unfortunately.
