apparently not...I got a ticket this week. I really think it's absurd that you live here years and years and one night you forget to bring in your car and BOOM! $30 ticket. There should be a warning. The violation is not meant to deter stupidity, is it? |

I saw a car parked on Oakview before 6:00 AM this morning which had a parking ticket tucked under one of the wiper blades so I assume this law is still being strictly enforced. It is still possible to get permission to temporarily park overnight in the street if you notify the police department in advance and give a good reason for doing so. If the truck on Claremont really bothers you, you could call the police station and inquire. |
