Hi Fred and TC members-

Are the traffic lights on Springfield Ave Maplewood's juridiction? Because it sure seems like it would make SO much sense to stagger the timing of these lights so that people wouldn't be able to speed down the ave going 60mph. It would be much more pedestrian friendly too.

I feel lucky when I catch 2 green lights in a row. Don't know I've ever made it from end to end without stopping several times.
