Is there a place I can go online for the official drought restrictions?

Specifically, can I get my moldy house powerwashed this year?

Even if powerwashing your home were technically not permitted, I'm sure you could get permission for health-related issues.

Also, I'm under the impression that powerwashing doesn't use all that much water. It's the "power" that does the cleaning, not the volume.

My gut feeling is that we'll be O.K. in a month or so. We're going into a rainy period, and we'll see soon if things improve.
