Who do I contact to share a horrible experience I had with the Municipal Court? Please do not say the Court Administrator or his assistant, as they are the ones I had the problem with. |

The Mayor's office? That's where I'd go, to start. |

Did you speak with the Court Administrator about your problem? That is really the best place to start. If that was tried and didn't work, then you should speak with whomever the Court Administrator reports to. I would start with the Township Administrator rather than an elected official.

Uh, Joan, she said she doesn't want to speak with the Court Administrator because he was the one she had a problem with! |

Meandtheboys: heart m said that she had a problem with the court administrator and his assistant and that she didn't want to speak with them about the problem. She did not indicate whether she had brought the problem to the attention of the court administrator and/or his assistant and tried to resolve it with them before bringing things to a higher level. In my experience, it is usually best to start with the person/entity you have a problem with and try to work something out before going over that person's head. Without knowing the nature of the problem it is difficult to offer any other advice.

Joan, there's more info about heart rn's experience with the municipal court staff in her thread Provisional Driver's License in (I think) the Please Help section. I think she already spoke with the administrator. 4:40 pm, "Joan time" on MOL. A moment of courtesy, kindness and sanity.
