The latest edition of the Gaslight references a survey the town is doing regarding smart growth. I'm curious as to why now, after all these downtown projects are already on the drawing boards. Isn't this ___backwards? That having been said, the link on the website to take the survey says that the survey is not up and ready. Another "coming soon", I suppose. |

It's all in appearance anyhow. I've been a visionary once again. I have purchased another property in town recently. I certainly will have a conflict of interest in dealing with the Village Market, SOPAC, and Beifus. You know all the hot election conflicts that where mentioned. Well, you won't believe which one. Talk about growth, I'm all over the map in our little village. I need to set my sights on valley street next. This blinding trust for the buy/sell of our community is real. The number of properties is staggering. It's amazing what blighting an area will do. I'm calling this addition to my portfolio, HEIDELBERG. My new saying is "the more smart bergs I hide - the better smart growth for the future."
