Used furniture store half rented

Some sort of gift store or something. What has me puzzled is the "for rent" sign still in the other half of the old store. THERE IS NO DOORWAY into that half. This could limit the retail options! (Maybe the old Blue Moon owner could move in here. It used to be a pretty gross used furniture auction house. Before that, it was a bakery/cafe. Both took up two store fronts, but only half of the unit had an outside entrance.
