Did anyone else see the article in the Sunday Times NJ section, where the reporter referred to SO town center as being the type of transit-oriented development towards which the Secaucus Transfer area hopes to develop? The article included a large photo of the well-maintained shops under the transit station on Sloan Street.

Great. So now we're being compared to a train station that doesn't even have a town around it. We are what a transfer station aspires to. That will surely bring in the big money.
