South Orange... So Slow

It's bent 90 degrees and laying 12 inches off the ground. That was January 5th. Status as of Feb 8: unchanged. Police and SO public works were on the scene of the car accident that caused it (so i'm told).... so why so long to get it fixed? It's dangerous.... Only matter of time before some kid jumps on it and slices his/her leg, arm, etc. you get the picture. NJ seems to have a million different municipalities.... and all more incompetent then the next.
