Today, I visited Manny at the former Blue Moon. The remodeling is just about finished and it looks great: new wood paneling, seats, etc.

He hopes to open in a week or so after final b.of h. inspection.

Just for the record, the Board of health inspection for that property is done by the state.

I know... but I remember from when Cold Stone was trying to open and how everyone was all over the town for alledgedly holding them up.
