On TerriAnn’s campaign website, it said: “I will work to ensure fiscal responsibility here in our Village, to ensure that department heads stay within their budgets, to ensure that bonding is kept low and in check”
On Eric’s campaign website, it said: “Ban the issue of bonds for projects in which the Village acts as a banker (e.g. SOPAC), unless they have a detailed business plan that provides for tax revenues sufficient to cover the payment of the debt when it comes due.”
“Strictly enforce the existing “pay-as-you-go” policy. “
Can someone please explain the "business plan" for a Tony Smith sculpture that has now been funded through bonding? |

Towards the end of his career (and his life), Lenny Bruce's act was comprised solely of incessant regurgitations of legal nuances of the many court cases which he never won.

The business plan looks something like this:
The Underpants Gnomes have a three-phase business plan, consisting of:
1. Collect underpants
2. ???
3. Profit!
