Please put your dog on a leash! The park is not your private dog run…I understand there isn’t anywhere for your dog to go, .but when I’m jogging through the park I don’t want your yellow lab running up to me. My brother was fined for not having his dog on a leash ten feet from his front door. You shouldn’t be allowed to walk down to the hill with your dog unleashed either. I have seen you out there for almost a year or so and not once have I seen your dog on a leash.. Just because it’s early in the morning and the animal control officer isn’t on duty doesn’t mean you get to do what you want. Please put your dog on a leash or take him to the dog run at echo lake.

Dogs are leasing the park? Did a human have to cosign the lease? (just kidding, JTA!) |

I guess walking up to the lady and saying "I think your dog is supposed to be on a leash" is out of the question. |

Shoulda stayed anonymous, eh, DWM? Exactly HOW did I attack you? By implying that you're not a cheery guy? Awww. Better tell Dave... "Hey Dave, Soda's a big fat bully, and he's picking on me!" ...And WHICH client(s) have I attacked? Neither you nor your client(s) ever complained when I referred to 'em back in the day, when you went by a nom de MOL, so why now??? Think your current semi-videogenic persona should exempt you from zingers? Sorry, DWM. Being the Outraged Citizen at BOT meetings means you get both the kudos and the visibility that goes with them. Good enough for Bill Calabrese... Good enough for you. On the positive side, though: You were a pompous, humorless grouch then, and I'm dee-lighted that you haven't changed now that you're a local TV star... Oh, and I'm glad you weren't arrested, too. That wouldn't have been at all good for the BOT's ratings. Knowing you'll be a recurring character, though, we'll all keep tuning in, to see what kind of mischief you get into next week. ...Kinda like Eddie Haskell on "Leave It To Beaver"... Anyhow, please be sure to let Dave know right away if I ever do post something that's factually innacurate about you. See you in chambers, Sunshine. -s. BTW: The camera loves ya, Bay-bee!

I have 2 dogs. I walk them regularly in the street while going around Grove Park. The cops just love to drive up alongside my husband or myself, my son, whomever is walking the dogs, and mention the fine for not cleaning up doggy-duty. They all but ask to see our baggy for clean-up. BTW, we always scoop the poop, but sometimes it's a done deal and we haven't a baggy left to prove ourselves good citizens. And we do not even step foot in the park with the dogs-- not even on the curb! Now how is it that this other fellow walks his yellow lab in one of our parks unleashed, and he is not being hassled by -- or at least noticed / followed-- something! by the cops?

It's amazing how one has the stugots to call another "You were a pompous, humorless grouch". The expression so befits the offender's posting style on MOL. The shoe fits this mezzofinook to a tee, what a jamook. Oobatz, you pop.
