What is the opinion/comments of having a Pay-to-Play ordinance passed in South Orange such as the one recently passed by Maplewood?
Should the School Board as well have this as a policy for the School District? |

Can you provide more detail on what this would restrict? Pay-to-play can be very broad. |

Didn't the state try this and it was struck down as unconstitutional because it infringed on a contractors free speech? |
