One of the groups on campus just asked me what the policy was for posting flyers in the train station. I vaguely remember hearing somewhere that this was not allowed, but I'm not quite sure.

Does anyone know either what the rules are or who is in charge of defining those rules that I could talk to?

Jennifer - If it's inside the station, that's a NJ Transit matter. Ask the person behind the ticket counter.

I don't think you can solicite in the village without permission from Village Hall...I recall seeing the police intervene many times down town,and address people in the parking lot putting flyers on windshields.

That's interesting. Last week a young lady was sticking BOE campaign fliers for three of the candidates on the windshields of the cars in the lot next to the Middle School. This was a middle schooler doing this to boot. Makes it even worse.
