http://ombeshop.com/ Kept forgetting what the name was by the time I got home or to work but today I finally looked it up - and the website doesn't really say much - what is this store? |

Judging by their web site it would seem they are a collector of emails... since anywhere you click there opens an email to their address. Wonder what they will do with them all? Do they have enough room for them in that little store?

This seems to be about that store (with pictures) - http://formulatenow.blogspot.com/2005/12/one-mission-be-exclusive_16.html Quote:Well we finally took a stop by our client's exclusive clothing boutique... owner Tshombe is the man. This place looks as crispy as a new pair of white kicks. He carries everything from tees, kicks, jeans... and it is mens and womens. Located in the heart of South Orange right next to the train and Seton Hall University. If you are in the neighborhood and want something unique, then OMBE is the place to be. PS - The paintings on the wall were hand done by East River by these cats in NY.
I have no information on the hep cat who authored that piece, however. |

Why am I the one who's always confused? Is this store opened yet? It looks so by Nohero's link ... |

I think generally, if you find all this to be confusing, and are willing to step up and admit so publicly, you are probably not in the target market for this store. BTW, shouldn't it say the paintings on the wall were paw done?

Dudes. That store stinks. If i wante cool t-shirts and Nikes I'd go to Bob's and use the 30% coupon on an already low price. The word "exclusive" almost always means "Expensive" |

Argon - I am not confused about the product line but whether or not the store is opened. I was just on Sloan Street and did not notice. I actually think the store looks darn good on the inside. Hopefully it will be successful and has a different fate from Street Rock (with similar product). We strongly support Urban Femme so an additional boutique in town is surely welcome. |

LOL - I had no clue what they were - they really should update their site and give more information. If they are open and were cool - I might go there But since their door makes it look like it might be a clothing shop - could be a designers - might just sell books - who knows. |

I think I will check it out this weekend. Josh is it across the street from Urban Femme? My wife is a big supporter of Urban Femme too. |
