I'm not sure if anyone else has made this connection yet; but... Many of the letters in favor of Tau to the Snooze Wreckered were written by people on the sculpture committee or Pierro Gallery. |

No it isn't a surprise at all. The point is /was the letters being from people on the 'advisery board' for the sculputre shoots holes in the claim there have been many letters in ***support*** of the statue. I'm sure MHD or Joel will have no problem finding the clip with Cheryl saying 'most of the letters weren't solicated.' Seems a lot of them were. I don't want to cause problems for Dave and Jamie by posting the names of those who wrote letters with a connection to one of Cheryl's organizations. But I might list the names and dates of all the scuptre related letters as well as those on the boards someone posted a few weeks ago. That way people can come to their own conclusions. |

I think it would be very interesting to see a list of the names of people who wrote the "umpteen" letters. |

JTA, I'm pretty sure she said "Many of them unsolicited" as opposed to "Most." I'd guess a greater percentage were written by people who had skin in the game. |

You might be correct about that. I'm not too sure now. 'Many' is still more then 'some' or 'a few' though. Right?  |

BTW - I just saw that in the News Record there was another letter against the statue...and it wasn't even solicited.  |
