Since Calarese is on the board of SOPAC shouldn't he remove himself from all discussions relating to SOPAC? And even the Tony Smith Sculpture because it's within 200 fet of SOPCA?

No. Not for those reasons. BUT - he should recuse himself from SOPAC because he "has an interest" in property within 200 feet of it. (or so he said when he abstained on Beifus)
