I hope we will hear a clear explanation of proposed changes to ordinances that Trustee Moore-Abrams suggested at the meeting - listen to: <www.howard-levison.com/bot04242006_ordinance_recommendations>.

Curious to know who were the "three residents" that brought up these issues?

- Update Zoning Ordinance definitions on Land Use and now to include "Private Recreation Facilities" - (Is this now to include the updated Open Space and Recreation Master Plan into the Zoning ordinance and if so which properties have been re-designated).

- Requested that the Planning Board provides language for a "transfer of development rights" ordinance.

- Remove the provision preventing the Environmental Commission on commenting on development applications. (note: Environmental Commission has two members one of whom is Co-chair of the Planning Board).

Me too Howard! The mst important thing I want to know, before anything else - Did they represent the 'new' demographics of our town? If not, then we won't deal with them.

Howard,
I would have to guess that Janine Bauer was one of the residents.

Thanks Howard. How about Terri-Ann explain WHAT these will cover? What areas of town are these in? What is the purpose of asking for these changes? It sounds like something is in the works. Hopefully something else won't be snuck in under the radar like the sculpture was.
