I was driving past the old SHop Rite today and now there is a sign up covering the siding that's falling off. THis is what it says:
Live at "The Avenue"
Love at "The Avenue"
this is the best line...
LAUGH at "THE AVENUE"

Hey, they rebranded South Orange Ave. as "THE AVENUE." That's a start. Let's start a viral marketing campaign, "Hey have you seen the GIANT HOLE at The Avenue?" "A brick fell on my head on The Avenue."
Sounds kinda cool.
