If you have not driven into the parking lot for the Arts Center, how do you get to the entrance of SOPAC? Through the underpass under the train tracks which will be visually blocked by the large Tony Smith sculpture which will block any signage?

Of course, and that is supposed to be the grand entry way, per board statement by either Rosen or Calabrese (I was there, but so stunned that my memory for that detail fails me.)
There is on other choice.
You can't walk to it from SO Avenue.
All paths lead to an active parking lot, but the tunnel.

I don't understand why you think it would be hard to find... is the train station hard to find?
