Last night, the CCR made it's annual presentation to the BOT in connection with its request for funds. In the past, the CCR has released information about the racial make-up of house buyers and has also specifically discussed what areas in town were "underrepresented" by members of a race.

I haven't seen any information about this the last few years. Can someone from the CCR furnish this information? And what yardstick is now being used to determine whether an area is "underrepresented?"
