The library thread has me thinking. Forgive me for being a new resident, but is there a town pride work day here in SO? Where groups of volunteers pick up trash, paint schools/city hall/libraries, make repairs, etc. If so, when is it usually held? |

I think this is a marvelous question/suggestion. To my knowledge, there isn't, but is there a NJ Cares? If yes or no, I think you should bring it up at the next BOT meeting. This is a positive, win win approach to beautifying some areas that have been neglected. |
