SO, a philosophical question regarding the Parking Authority guys in S.O. If a Parking Authority worker in a truck weaves dangerously through traffic to pull in front of your car to then park in a No Parking On this Side of Street zone so he can get out and scold you for waiting idly in a No Parking On This Side of Street zone...does that make the Parking Authority at fault as well? True... I techincally shouldn't have been parked with my hazards on that side of the street, but it was a particularly quiet street in town and I was only there 2 minutes (tsk tsk on me). By my own experience and from others' tales, those Parking Authority guys are MEAN!!!! And while I do understand the need for rules and laws, I think there is a difference between doing your job and doing it with a vengeance. This was rush hour and his time could have been a lot better spent scolding people in front of the station who stop traffic while picking up their spouses in front of Kait and Abbey's. |

These guys are mad, either becuase they chose the wrong civil service exam or didn't score high enough to become cops.
