Are we in a 3rd-world country? How many Amtrak problems this spring/summer?!!! I NEEEEEEED to be home relatively on time tonight. But . . . that doesn't matter, apparently. And I don't excuse NJ Transit either, just because it's Amtrak's problem today. Their usual behavior is "On or "close" to schedule. HA!! I love that! 10-15 minutes is not "close" when it comes to trains. Oh, and try, just try to get a seat on the 8:22 (South Orange) to NYC. Atrocious! Breathing heavy. Word is the portal bridge is stuck between Secaucus and Kearny. They have to lower it manually. Was supposed to be done @ this hour.
