My husband found a light gold men's wedding ring on Prospect St. in South Orange yesterday, July 25th. There is some sort of inscription inside, but neither one of us can make it out. Private line me if you think it is yours.

There is a sign up at the pool saying a man's engraved wedding band was lost. I saw it over the weekend. Not sure if it is still hanging there in the font lobby.

I live in Maplewood, bettyspaghetti. Maybe you can put a note on the sign to check out MOL. Thanks.

The note at the South Orange Pool was gone. I looked today. Thought it meant it had something to do with the ring you found. Guess not.

Actually, it was at Maplewood Pool. Sorry for the confusion. I could still jot something down on it though. I saw the sign there this morning.

Bety-
I saw a note about a lost men's wedding ring at the South Orange Pool Monday and Tuesday. Didn't go to the pool Wednesday, but we did today. The note was gone. I wonder if there were two, or three lost rings or if they are all the same ring?

I think the one lost ring owner has his friends putting notes all over the place, so that when he finally breaks it to his wife that the ring is gone he can point out all the notes they're passing and go "But look, there's another guy who lost his! This must happen all the time!"

I saw the note, but it said that he lost it at the pool.

Well, by nature, when something is "lost" the owner doesn't really know where he/she lost it, right?

I lost my Zire 72 Palm Pilot. I looked for it for 2 days before I realized it was truly gone and not misplaced. I THINK I must have lost it on 4th of July, either in the Maplewood Theater, where I took the kids to see Cars, or somewhere in/around the duck pond in S.O. Or it fell out of my purse while getting into the car at either location. Or someone picked my pocket.

It's still lost, regardless of where I think I lost it. It's quite a coincidence that more than one man lost a wedding ring and it'd be worth checking with the guy that posted at the pool, don't you think? The inscription will be the for-sure identifier.

I put up the note at the Maplewood pool. I lost a silver ring with "May 27, 2000" inscribed on the inside of the ring. If anyone finds a ring which matches that description, my wife and I would really appreciate a call. Thanks.
