Can anyone explain what is going to be done to Vose Avenue that is going to take 12 months? After all, the Empire State Building was built in 13 months so this is probably not so bad.

Not that I'm excusing the feet dragging that goes on in this town, but the Empire State Building was built before OSHA. They actually planned on one worker death per floor. They were fortunate that the number was actually a lot lower.
