Time is passing and I have been wondering what is the latest update on some of the major redevelopment issues. Let's see..

The Performing Arts Center

The Beifus Site

The Grocery Store

The Market Apartments

did I miss anything?

Oh, I also had a question in reference to the Beifus Site--since the buildings that were boarded up have now been torn down for a while (just before the election) are the owners or developers paying taxes that are less than when the property had improvements on it?

Also, does the village still own the shop rite site and if so then should cars be parked behind it or are they parking illegally or perhaps the village should be charging for parking like all the other lots????
