Okay, now that I have your attention!!! We realized last night we have a box of new toys that didn't make it to the Toys 4 Tot's Breakfast With Santa a few weeks ago. We are now scrambling trying to find a LOCAL organization that can use them at this late date to brighten a child's Christmas. I don't have a lot of time to make a lot of calls looking for organizations, but I am going to try Marshall School (they collected toys last year, but it might be too late for this year) If anyone knows of one please leave a message on my cell as soon as possible!!! 973-715-8970. Thanks! If not, we'll put them away for next year. PS Dave and Jamie Please forgive the posting of this in several topics. |

Try the DYFS House on Academy Street, next to Our Lady of Sorrows School. |

Marshall School -- it's not too late. Drop in the front hall. If, somehow, you can't make it there, Morrow Church. it's for MEND (meeting emerg needs with dignity), an excellent cause.} |

Yes, SoOrLady, the old convent. This past Saturday the orphanage/DYFS center had their Christmas/Holiday party. I am happy to say that Bunny's donated the food for the gathering(about 20 kids). We as a community continue to reach out to those less fortunate. The spirit of Christmas is to be cherished. Peace, love and forgiveness, and the added bonus of a smile on a needy child's face, is the spirit of Christmas. |

Thanks everyone for your suggestions! The toys have found a place to go. I would have felt bad if they sat around until next year. We took 2 boxes of toys to the Breakfast with Santa, but somehow forgot this box. |
