We are exploring the possibility of expanding our home and may require the services of an architect. Any architect and/or contractor recommendations out there? |

Search the Home Fix-It topic and you'll find copious discussion on the subject. |

Clawson Architects in Maplewood on Dunnell. Rene and Marvin, husband and wife. Know them personally, great people. Haven't seen their work, but I am also thinking about expanding and they will probably be my first call. I know they've done quite a bit in the area. Marvin used to work for a firm in NYC. Their number is listed. |

I would highly recommend Steve Majewski here in South Orange. Does wonderful work and is a terrific guy. He has been recommended on MOL before. |

We're working with the Clawsons (kitchen and bathroom re-design)and like them a lot. Rene is very responsive, direct, full of useful information, etc. She's doing her best, I think, to keep us within our budget.
