Or do we need to complete a local registration form before the big day? My wife and I are fairly new to the area and have not yet voted locally. If last November you cast your vote in another community, you need to register as a South Orange resident in order to vote in May. To do so you have to fill-in a Voter Registration Application and bring it to the S.O. Village Hall before April 11.
