A friend made an inquiry as to the old Brunner auto dealership regarding potentially renting the place out. The rent, as it turns out, was too high but in the process of the discussion, he learned that Brunner has filed a law suit against the town for deeming that area a "re-development zone" thereby deminishing the value of the property. Maybe this is old news but it was news to me.
