What's with the new circle being put in on Montrose Ave by Woodland? Are we trying to look like Short Hills? |

It has been a dangerous roadway for years. I for one am 100% for it. |

While I agree people speed on Montrose, I think the circle is going to be the cause of accidents. I thought most of the speeders were at the other end of Montrose, toward Redgewood Road. There are numerous accidents a years at the intersections of Vose, Meeker, and Clark. Hopefully they will do something at that end too. |

Isn't the circle a little too far off to the left(if your heading toward centre street)? Going that way the circle seems to be a side note, not really going through it? you have a clear shot up Montrose...going toward Scotland you have a very pronouced right and quick left around the circle? Was it designed to just slow traffic in the one direction? |

Yes O and G you're right. It is off center towards the left when you head toward Center Street. |

I'm assuming the off center position is a result of trying to control the cars coming off of Hartford and the Grove Terraces. |

Valid point...But its so far over, I hope people don't get the impression that traffic heading toward Berkeley/Scotland is to use the left side.

You think the circle will inhibit the fire trucks from getting through. Every second counts... |

Josh The 'circle' is down the street from Grove though. Red - I think the fire trucks will just drive over it! LOL |
