Like bobble head dolls noddding their heads.

This is must reading for anyone who cares about the wholesale hijacking of the Board of Trustees. Here's just a taste of what follows:

"Were the New Trustees Blinded by the TV lights?

This past monday, the board of trustees held their annual reorgnization meeting. Every year the BOT meets and split up the committee assignments. In the past, there would be some discussions, some give and take and maybe a few disagreements, but for the most part everyone came together and compromises were reached.

This time, the village president stated that he had trustee Allan Rosen prepare the assignments based on what the two of them felt was best for the BOT. Evidently, trustee Rosen discussed these with two of the new trustees and Art Taylor. Once he had his four votes, he felt it was safe to ignore asking myself or newly elected Trustee DeVaris.
Trustee Rosen read the names, and despite protests from the opening by myself and later by Devaris, the other four trustees gave their yes votes to the village president almost like bobble head dolls noddding their heads yes."

Is it okay to copy and paste the entire perfect snapshot of what transpired? Mark, I don't know that I support you for president in '07 (I'll reserve that judgement for now), but I do thank you for stepping outside the Matrix.
