I've lived on the Cleanway street...not to be named (If someones gonna stalk..im gonna make it difficult..hahaha) since i was 3 (1990)..

THEY NEED A DRAINAGE SYSTEM!! I dont see how the town hasnt fined them or required them to install something...the end of the street is like a dman ice rink in the winter...where the puddles freeze...and when its not frozen or covered with water...or riddled with giant dips in the road where the water running from their carwash erodes the street...its oily and filmy..and dangerous

just last summer i was making a turn onto irvington from my street and my bike spins out from all the oil that accumulated on the tires..i skinned my elbow and my clothes were COVERED in black oil and dirt fromt he film on the road...whats worse..is that the workers who were just a few feet away just chuckled and kept staring...

I'm just going to call SO-PD because town hall doesn't do ANYTHING in this town...and if you call them theyll refer you to someone elses voicemail and nothing ever gets done..

besides i see this as an immediate safety concern...given how slick and uneven the street is...

I think thats more of a code enforcement issue then police issue.

You might want to direct an inquiry to the NJ DEP for advisement since a lot of that slippery stuff is chemical cleaning agents.
