I've dreamt of this for years. I hope the makers can make it reliable quickly. It could save time, space and accidents.

It seems that it would be a good idea where space is at a premium.

It is ideal for the spot in Long Branch where it's being proposed. 24 units is the maximum amount of units that can be built without CAFRA approval. (CAFRA is the division of the DEP which is responsible for construction along the New Jersey coast.) Without the robotic parking, unless a parking variance was granted, there wouldn't be enough parking space for a 24 unit building. Pretty clever.

There's a lot of information if you google "robotic parking." It seems that it should be looked at for South Orange. Every new building that's approved we seem to be giving parking variances.

Maybe Valley St. if it's redeveloped? Beifus?
