Does anyone know what the Village will be doing with the $40 "capital improvement" that it tacked onto our most recent sewer invoice. With about 5,000 households, that's about a $200K surcharge without so much as a peep of explanation. (I guess residents have to wait until that new, cutting edge, public information policy kicks into high gear.) |

I was wondering the same thing. I sure hope it is not part of the $600,000 that the Village agreed to pay to subsidize the Pulte Pit for water system improvements. |

believe it or not, your annual sewer charge is a real deal compared to most places -- not like the unreal water rates. |

I think we get this addl $40 charge every three years. I recall asking when we got it back in 2002. |
